In 2004 I qualified as a Sports and Remedial Massage Practitioner through the prestigious London School of Sports Massage (LSSM), who are considered to be the pioneers and leaders within this field. I then continued my professional development studying KMI Structural Integration (a type of Rolfing) with Tom Myers, Advanced Medical Acuputure (dry needling) Pre and Post Natal Massage, Reflexology and Body Control PilatesTM    specialising in osteoporosis & bone health.

I am a dedicated Soft Tissue Therapist who has built up a reputation over the years with GPs, Osteopaths and other clinical practitioners recommending my massage therapy to their patients as part of their rehabilitation. My clients come to me with a myriad of different issues ranging from musculoskeletal injury, pain or dysfunction caused by any of life's stresses and from all walks of life.

I am a full member of the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM), a full member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA), a full member of Body Control Pilates Association (BPCA). Qualified First Aid and fully insured.

I'm passionate about my work and continuously update my skills by attending professional development courses.
